Every set is made to perfection, so please allow a few working days to construct, thread, and check before it ships.

Delivery is a flat R 45 nationwide via courier — but the more you order in one go, the less you pay. Once your order reaches R 600, shipping is free, and the price per set drops automatically as your quantity goes up. You'll see the exact pricing for each quantity right on the product page. Most areas take 2-4 working days once dispatched.

Keep the set in its box between uses, out of direct sunlight and away from damp rooms — treated solid wood moves a little with humidity, and it keeps the polybraid rope looking good for longer.

To clean, wipe the wood gently with a dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, or harsh cleaners.

Because each set is made to perfection, we don't offer change-of-mind returns — but if something's genuinely wrong with your order, we want to fix it. Reach out and we'll find a fair solution.
